I came in to this store last week expecting to be turned away after needing a pretty extensive repair on my cheap vacuum. Cody, the employee who took all my calls and assisted me throughout the whole process was very patient and willing to take the time I needed to answer all my questions. Not only did I leave with a completely repaired vacuum, but Cody recommended the Sebo Felix, which I was surprised to find is three times more reliable and effective than my current vacuum, and will definitely be the next vacuum I invest in. I can’t wait to come back and pick it up!

Cody was very helpful on getting my vacuumed fixed.. And in the meantime he showed me a couple new ones, I really liked the SeboX7..

Very helpful staff. I am visiting from out of state, I found this shop on Google…I wanted to buy a sewing machine for my sister in-law, a beginner…they were so friendly and very knowledgeable. They even offer classes for beginners which is amazing. Overall I was very glad I found them here in Layton.

I brought in 2 sewing machines with trouble and they repaired them both and charged me $10 and sent me home with my machines.

Just had the best experience at Wimmer’s in Layton. Melody was an absolute delight! She was professional, gave honest opinions, and was incredibly knowledgeable. Even though I was looking at a machine Wimmer’s doesn’t carry, she knew all about the features and offered to teach me how to use when I purchase it. I would the 45 minutes again just to have her help me and give advice.
